Well guys the fishing remains about the same as usuall for this time of year . The fish that like hot
water are hanging around and chewing good , you know who they are ..TARPON...Yep the
skyway has been on fire this week with the hard out going tides , they're chewing on the crabs
that are being flushed out and also the big greenies that are hanging around the bridge . Snook
are still hanging around shell island ,but only eating real early in the morning and late in the day
.Reds are in the mangroves at high tide and around the oyster bars on low water. They are
eating those little pinfish that you see flashing in the grass and are easy to catch , so don't waste
too much time looking for big white baits . Offshore has been great for Big Amberjacks in about
150 feet , and Grouper are stacked up everywhere theres any little break or rock for them to
hide and ambush a sardine ..Good luck and be safe ... Capt. Carlos

A Labor day huge Tarpon caught at the skyway bridge by Andrew , his buddy
Timmy his dad Jorge and uncle Paulo that came all the way from Miami to help pull
in this beauty . We called it around 130 pounds ! The kids said 200 .....
