Well we just got back from Marlin fishing in San Salvador , Bahamas ...It was awsome , we
caught fish up to 450 pounds . The Mahi's were also big in the 40 pound range , not many but
big ones ! Around here it's the usual for this time of year , Tarpon are chewing really good on
the beach in big schools , in July they'll start to move back in to the bays and river to fatten up till
it's time to go back south . The skyway will get hot again , you can catch several fish on the tide
changes fishing with shad or greenies and crabs on hard outgoing tides . I've heard the Kingfish
are still here in big numbers probally because of the oil in the north gulf their usual hangout.be

A Labor day huge Tarpon caught at the skyway bridge by Andrew , his buddy
Timmy his dad Jorge and uncle Paulo that came all the way from Miami to help pull
in this beauty . We called it around 130 pounds ! The kids said 200 .....
